This studio is dedicated to teaching Baptiste-inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga as well as Restorative Yoga, Encore Flow, Deep Stretch, Kids Yoga, Tween Yoga, Yoga for Teens, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga and Mommy and Me Toddler Yoga. 

Our Yoga Center is located in Charlotte, nestled in the University Area community at 10215 Prosperity Park Drive, Suite 210, Charlotte NC 28269.

We are proud to be Charlotte's only Yoga center to offer Free on site child care to our members.
